Book Review – Her Hot Ride by Heather Van Fleet

Book Review – Her Hot Ride by Heather Van Fleet

Well, I’m loving this series and although this book stands on it’s own I would seriously recommend you start at the beginning (this is the third book) as the stories and characters intertwine.

I rather enjoyed finally getting to hear Archer’s story as he’s appeared in the first two books as quite a mysterious figure and it was good to hear about his childhood and how he came to be part of the Red Dragons MC gang.

The story is set at a fast pace and you feel a little breathless as you’re reading – it is steamy so your eyebrows will get a good workout and I would be careful reading it on public transport too. There is a lot going on in this book, as several threads and story lines come together, but after lots of drama there is eventually several happy endings if you can persevere through the hair raising bits.

I would say this book has the most violence but it’s all in keeping with the story and the lifestyle of the biker gangs, the story is carefully told to demonstrate the choices that the characters make and the consequences of those decisions, there are some really gripping points when you have no clue what might happen next.

You can see my review of the first book Her Wild Ride here.

Here’s hoping Ms Van Fleet has some more to come in this series!
